I was there to find a frame, Matt, and glass for a picture I had bought online. I could not find what I was looking for, so I rang the bell at the framing counter and waited, no one came to help, so I rang it again, no help, so I rang it again. I waited for over 15 minutes and still no help. When someone finally showed up, he told me he did not work in the department and could not help me. Never received any help and wound up finding it myself. Then, when I went to the front to check out, there were only 3 registers open and at least 5 people in each line. There were other employees standing around, but it was obvious they were not there to help us out. 20 minutes later I was able to leave the store. Do better Hobby Lobby!

My cashier was either high as a kite or purposely being slow. The line next to me moved 6 people with 2x more stuff before she got through 1. Lady literally had 3 tshirts (all the same) 6 plastic bins (all the same), and 4 wooden signs (all the same). I had 2 sets of charms, a wreath, and 2 floral picks. She took 9 minutes to ring me out.

Her tone of response was very aggressive and unprofessional. While paying I observed “Martha” her demeanor and how she communicates with customers and fellow employees needs improvement and immediate attention!
