- JOJamal OthmanFeb 4, 20261.0Lo barato sale caro - Cheap turns out to be expensize. I put on hold a couple units that were marked at a very low price. I took the trip (30 min each way) to go see them before I commit. The guy showed me two units that were placed in a strategic location. I took down noted about the unit numbers. Surprise, when I went ahead to complete the reservation, they assigned a different unit in a different location that is not even disclosed online. When I asked them about this, they said that the units that they showed me yesterday were for reference only, however when I went to see the new assigned units and location, it was totally different, a dark room in a dark hallway, that requires you to roll up the outside door to get into the hallway, and then rollup you tiny door just to find that you even need to bring your flash light because they dont have even a candle in the hallway. And to cancel its was another nightmare, as the agent was telling me that if I paid, then I already moved in, but I still had 3 days for my move in date... I am just glad I got my self out withing 24 hrs after paying for the 6 months. If its too good to be true, you must know something is fishy. Luckly I was able to find a decent unit at Public Storage, and those people did not deceive me or played bait and swithch like Extra space storage did. They wasted hours of my valuable time and my gas for nothing. I can not trust a company that does not have morals and ethics when dealing with customers. I DO NOT recommend this company Period!!!!
