    I purchased a refrigerator which is now paid off, and early at that. In August, the fridge stopped working and it was picked up for repair. We received a loaner; however, it is much smaller than the one I purchased. It is now November, and I STILL HAVE NOT received my product back. I keep getting told different stories about the repair. The manager (not David anymore) has been very friendly and trying to be helpful; however, my patience has run out. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and other online sources. This is my first and last experience with them! Now I am paying on an extended warranty for a product I don't have!

    Aaron's is a bad company and they attending policy 's sucks and because I had supposed to have COVID and couldn't shake back and I kept getting sick and had to call out and Eric the regional manager said you don't have PTO and sick time and floating holiday and that wrong .

    The lady in the store named Janell was rude and unprofessional. The store has furniture breaks when you try to put it together bed that break. Never get anything from them they also mark your payments up high. The store has fleas because I had something to bite me in the store. If you get furniture make sure it’s new if not they will give you old furniture that is used. So make sure it soy have bed bugs when they give it to old.

    For this location if i could give no stars, I would. I have been an Aaron's customer since my daughter was in the 7th grade. My daughter is now 36. My husband has an account at this location. He purchased a washer and the agitator went out. They gave us what we thought was a loaner. Come to find out, they put in the paperwork we agreed to take that one. It is not even the one like we had and it takes an hour to do 1 load. This has been over 4 months, and we still don't have the washer they took, back. My husband purchased a monitor and they keep calling him talking about he missed a payment and then they fine it. My husband has to be a work at midnight and to start calling 8 in the morning and a again in the evening is ridiculous. So I will be contacting corporate about this matter.

    I hated I went the store in mesquite Texas,and you I had talk to the manager about my tire and I pay them off when I get my check on Thursday and at first it was okay and now it different from what I was told I Be in There Thursday morning to handle Everything,I see why people give they things back because they go back on their words, that's sad how they did my sister and she been shopping with them Every sents they been there, I told her stop crying we find a better place,
