I’ve been waiting two weeks for my washer was supposed to receive it on a Monday from 4 to 7 she told me to stick around and I called right before seven right before they close to check and see if they were still gonna be delivering after store hours she said yes they’re gonna deliver until they empty the truck so I stayed home all day. Miss my appointment to wait for a washer to get delivered that I never received. I’m still waiting on it today. The girl at the location was very rude. Answer the phone unprofessionally don’t know how to talk on the phone. I don’t know why they have her answering their phone. She could not help me. I have called the main office and emailed about my experience.

We received a loaner; however, it is much smaller than the one I purchased. It is now November, and I STILL HAVE NOT received my product back. I keep getting told different stories about the repair. The manager (not David anymore) has been very friendly and trying to be helpful; however, my patience has run out. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and other online sources. This is my first and last experience with them! Now I am paying on an extended warranty for a product I don't have!

Never get anything from them they also mark your payments up high. The store has fleas because I had something to bite me in the store. If you get furniture make sure it’s new if not they will give you old furniture that is used. So make sure it soy have bed bugs when they give it to old.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?

Will Aaron’s move my merchandise?
Yes! While you are leasing from Aaron’s we will move your merchandise for you provided you are moving within 15 miles of your current residence.

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
