Then when you call to discuss they will say that they can increase rates without warning. One guy offered to speak to his boss but never called me back like he said he would. Then when I called back a lady answered and said that she could talk her boss, same thing other guy said, but it probably wouldn’t matter. So now I am forced to move my belongings again to another storage facility . Very inconvenient and not customer friendly. Also the doors don’t work properly and are always out of order. Sketchy people running in and out of the facility as well so bring something to defend yourself with just in case.
