The only places access hours are currently posted are online and in the rental agreement. So if you happen to leave your storage open and can't back in,(first hand experience) you have to wait until 6am to have the code work. The 800 number only prompted me to leave a voicemail so I had no way to contact anyone to give temporary access to get back in and lock my units.
