You have a horrible system where a return must be made online and and order is made through the stores. Also the person delivering is a 3rd party so they cannot even pick up the mistake they made on the first delivery. Amazon is winning stop trying to compete with online if you don’t have the staff intelligence or infrastructure to handle such a simple task to keep up

It is highly stocked and what I needed(emerald green arborvitae) was there. Only one nursery in the area had them, and their 5 gallon was $129!! Lowe's was $30 for the 5 gallon. Love these, and I bought 10.
- LWLavar WilliamsMar 25, 20261.0So I bought a Kobalt electric chain saw from here about a week ago. I didn’t have time to use it immediately. Being that I have the entire set of Kobalt electronics (bought from Lowe’s) I figure this would the job I needed. Today I finally got a chance to use it. First I tried to charge it and one of the batteries wouldn’t charge. I have plenty of batteries so that wasn’t a big deal. When I finally got it assembled I went into my front yard to cut down a dying tree that maybe had a 4 inch diameter. The chainsaw broke. Just completely quit working 2 inches into the tree. When we tried to return it at Lowe’s we were told it’s not their problem. I have to go to the manufacturer. This is ridiculous! Haven’t even had it a full week. Wouldn’t cut one tree down. Lowe’s decided not to stand behind the $250.00 piece of junk they sold me. Good thing we have a Home Depot in Anna now. This is a card I’ll be cutting up.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
