He showed us two units located right next to one another and was able to explain rates and ensure we got the best deal possible during this process. He kept saying he was trying to save us money and he knows how stressful moving can be! Well thanks to Edgar we are feeling at ease about our upcoming move. The facility was clean, well lit and felt safe. We look forward to moving our stuff in and transitioning our family to the Mckinney area with peace of mind.

And only having 3 flat bed dollies and one elevator to use, can be an inconvenience waiting to use them. There are 2 elevators but only one is being used.
