    Tricia helped me in the paint department today and was so sweet and helpful! I tend to be shy/nervous to ask questions but she walked me through exactly what to do and what to use to paint my kitchen cabinets. Beverly was such a sweetheart at checkout as well. Everyone was happy and kind this morning and it was a very nice experience!

    Some of the worst customer service I've experienced in years. Purchased a new dryer in store without delivery because we could not wait and needed it to do laundry. Got it home and followed the manufacturers instructions to install the power cord. Dryer does not work. I called their customer service and installation teams, both told me to go in person to the store I purchased it from to get assistance. (Store is 30 minutes away) Only to be told that they would not be able to send anyone out to help because I didn't order and have it delivered. What a half ass backwards process. So I do the delivery job for y'all, but then when your product doesn't work, y'all leave me out to dry with no help? In what world does that make sense? How can I not purchase installation/assessment without the delivery? Do better.
