    I’m extremely disappointed with Lowe’s. I bought a brand-new Whirlpool refrigerator less than a month ago, and from the first days the compressor started making a very loud noise. I expected Lowe’s to stand behind the products they sell, but instead they told me I only had 48 hours to return or exchange it. After that, they basically pushed me off to the manufacturer and told me to deal with Whirlpool directly. I paid for a new appliance, not a headache. A major store like Lowe’s should offer better support when a product arrives defective. Instead of helping me get a proper replacement, they refused to exchange it even though it clearly came with issues. Very disappointed with the customer service. I will think twice before buying another appliance from Lowe’s again.

    I purchased a refrigerator the first delivery was damaged, they rescheduled and damaged the second refrigerator as well. I called the store and spoke to a manager, he could not have cared any less that I had children and the refrigerator I purchased I did not have in my home. Horrible service. I should have purchased it in Nebraska.

    I bought new refrigerator and dishwasher, asked for 3 year warranty for both and all the extras to do the install. I was told delivery would be Friday. I came to store today to add the warranty that was not put on the fridge, was told that delivery was not for another week. So said ok can I get the fridge tomorrow, the Store Manager was so rude to me. She was telling her employee I knew the reason for the delay and that I knew more than I was saying. I called my wife to let know what was going on and she could hear the way the manager was talking to me and to her employee about changing the delivery date. So I asked for the Store Manager and was shocked when she said it was her. I had to cancel my order, now I have to go somewhere else. I know my order was only almost $1500 and won’t hurt the store. But I’m disappointed that I was treated that way.

    Great pick up service by Clinton! Made an online order and they had it ready hours earlier than I expected. Clinton loaded the car very well and even went and grabbed a new bag for me when he noticed a tear. I’ll be using Lowe’s more!
