No one answers the phone and I mean NO ONE. We took our Polaris pool cleaner in 6 weeks ago (under warranty) to be repaired. Marlon said daily "I'll look at it tomorrow." Those 'tomorrow's' turned into 4 weeks! My husband is in a wheelchair and because no one will answer the phone he was having to repeatedly physically go into the store to be told 'I'll look at it tomorrow.' The replacement part was readily available too. I went in last weekend to pick up the equipment being told it would be ready to find out polaris supposedly sent the wrong piece but it would be ready by Monday or Tuesday. Fast forward to another week and I go in there today to be told by Marlon he has been waiting for a week to get someone out to help him replace the part. I took my polaris and left. Never again will they get my service. If they thinking cutting costs and corners is worth their long-time customers you got it.
