I called back and got an answer within 10 rings - only to get put on hold immediately. When they finally came back on the line, the guy said they could test my Hayward salt cell but couldn’t help me with a warranty claim if it failed, unless it was purchased from their store. That’s just not true. The guy was so rude. I’ll never do business with Leslie’s again. That employee should be fired or hidden away in the back - away from customer contact.
