This clearly shows that, although they claim to perform regular fumigation, there is no effective pest control being done. I consider this situation unsanitary and unsafe for customers who trust their personal belongings here. I was told that any increase would depend on the market but shouldn’t be more than 20–30% of the original rate, and that I could always call to ask for discounts if needed. Well, guess what — my monthly rate jumped from $95 to $177, nearly double the original price. The increase itself is frustrating, but what’s worse is being told whatever it takes to get you to sign up. Customer service hasn’t been much better. You leave messages, they promise the manager will call back, but you never hear from him unless you keep calling repeatedly. Overall, I feel misled and disappointed by how this company treats long-term customers.
