Secured a very small unit and within 3 months they increased my rate from $45 to $79 which I just happened to notice via the app. I immediately called and they (tried) to decrease it to $61 and now they have lost a customer. 💁🏽 Bad move, pardon the pun.

Here at Extra Space Storage, the experience has been completely different. The manager is incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely helpful. From the very first conversation, they took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and worked with me to find the best option for my needs. Thanks to that, I was able to get a 2.5x better deal, offering the same (or better) storage size, but with better quality, cleaner units, and a much more organized facility. The property is very clean, well-maintained, easy to access, and feels secure. The units are in great condition, the driveways are wide, and everything is clearly labeled and well managed. What really stands out is the honesty and customer-focused attitude. No pressure, no surprises, no random price increases like I experienced before. Just transparent pricing, great service, and a much better overall value. I highly recommend Extra Space Storage to anyone tired of constant rent hikes and poor service elsewhere.
