I can tell they take care of their pest control here and they had a good rodent program in place. Some storage places i've seen are very open to rodent and things getting into your stored items and damaging them. You know that the storage company isn't going to pay for anything if it gets damaged by rodents or infested with roaches while sitting there. I look for clean places when storing my equipment places.

Walking inside to all the lights off is awful and so scary, you never know who could be hiding down the hallway. Also, beware of their price hikes. We moved here because our old storage was costing over $100 a month, and Extra Space offered the same size unit for $45. 4 months later and they suddenly increased our bill to $79 with no notice. We're only staying until we can find a local place run by honest people who won't charge an arm and a leg without letting you know in advance. If you're thinking about renting here RUN!!
