- DCDomingo ChapaApr 19, 20261.0I’ve been doing business with you guys for years, but the McAllen Lowe’s on 10th and Dove has the worst customer service ever. You ask for assistance and it takes at least 15 minutes before someone shows up. And once you got someone to assist you, they’re rude and look annoyed that I even needed their help and this is everytime I go to that one particular location. Guess that’s what you get when you hire young unmotivated workers. You guys have to do better.

About an hour later I received a text from an 844 number stating someone will contact me within 2 business days. The next morning, I called the enclosed number I was told to call with questions/concerns. I called 3 hours before scheduled appointment, and was directed to the voicemail. I left a message to call me back. No call back was received. I called store. Got hung up in their AI answer system. Asked for customer service. I heard someone answer and immediately put me on hold. I waited 10 minutes and ended call. Called back. Got stuck in AI answer system. Finally got to customer service and they couldn't find my order. They transferred me to associate that helped. There was a lot of banter about being hung up on another job. I told him if they can't call me back, and now scheduling me for next week, I said cancel the order. I WILL BUY MY NEW CABINETS ELSEWHERE! Later I received a call from number I received from Lowe's. They called me back. Lowes assigned my order to a company that refinishes cabinets. I received a call from them and the person told me they only refinish. They don't measure, they don't install. Lowe's you missed a SALE! ELSEWHERE I GO...MAYBE TO YOUR COMPETITOR!

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order.
