Been here for 15 minutes. Man at returns is buying about 100 clearance sale items handles for abinets. Still waiting and not a single person has said, please excuse the wait, we will be with you as soon as possible. Bad service really makes the wait time intolerable. A simple be with you as soon as possible makes me wait with a smile.

Went to find new frig. A very helpful young lady waited on me. She listened to what I was looking for and then showed me the appropriate models. She did not try to up-sell me, which I appreciated. She arranged a delivery time to deliver that worked with my schedule. I asked her about a sink overflow piece, she found a coworker who had the information. Overall I was pleased with this transaction and will return to Lowe's in the future.

Placed a curbside order and called to confirm my order was put in hold for 25 mins.. the called again someone else answered put me on hold for 15mins then finally getting transferred and they hang up .. then I call back to tell them I’m on spot #5 for my curb side order been here waiting for 30 mins called them back the told me they were going out with my order and if I could move to lumber area waited another 15 mins called them back and said they were going to the back to get my order !.. Super annoying!!! Please work on your customer service and punctuality in this case I shouldn’t have done curbside!!!
