She did not try to up-sell me, which I appreciated. She arranged a delivery time to deliver that worked with my schedule. I asked her about a sink overflow piece, she found a coworker who had the information. Overall I was pleased with this transaction and will return to Lowe's in the future.

Super annoying!!! Please work on your customer service and punctuality in this case I shouldn’t have done curbside!!!
