  1/6/26 - We signed up with Extra Space Storage, and the customer service provided today by Ian was excellent. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very informative, offering practical suggestions that will make our move-in process seamless and clearly explaining where to access all necessary information. We enrolled under a four-month promotional offer, receiving 40% off at a rate of $27 per month for the first four months. In addition, the manager, William, took the time to provide a courtesy call to ensure everything was in order, which was genuinely appreciated. Thank you!

  I ordered a unit online. William answered my call and was quite the professional. Upon arriving to the location William was right at thw front desk. I'm definitely satisfied with our storage unit, the location, and the PRICING 👌

  I highly suggest running the opposite direction of this storage facility and this storage facility brand. Compared to other local storage facility providers, the prices here, advertised online, may seem too good to be true! Spoiler alert: they are! I got a 5 x 10 unit for $34 a month, and $11 extra for insurance. I didn’t even have my unit for two full months before they sent me a postcard in the mail to inform me that the price would go up to $74 per month! No worries, they will assure you that it is cited in the contract that this could happen at any time! The moral character and business practices of extra space storage should be frowned upon and blatantly abandoned by the public, in my opinion. There are many other places to choose from, who are more transparent about their pricing and considerate of their customers. I almost forgot to mention that if you choose to store your personal belongings in this facility, in particular, you may run the risk of having your property stolen! The entrance gate at this facility is often left wide open. Although they have everything set up to advertise as a secure facility, they fall short and providing what they promise! There have been numerous times I have gone to this facility to visit my unit and the gate has been wide open. Ultimately, I suppose they’d like you to pay more while they provide less! Please take my advice and find someplace else to spend your hard earned money and store your prized, personal possessions. by the way, if you ever think you may do business here and fall victim to being an unsatisfied customer like I have… There will be nobody to help you other than the store manager himself, William. William will listen to your complaints and find something to be defensive towards, all the while, neglecting your concerns and not caring one bit about your satisfaction and the service provided. It’s no wonder this business is a total flop and they are getting hit where it hurts, financially. upon speaking to the manager, he was not helpful at all whatsoever, and he didn’t care about any of my concerns, rather he clung to one statement I made that he labeled as disrespectful while not even having enough empathy to realize that I am a customer who is not happy with the lack of quality service and not having simple policies and procedures followed unless it is at my expense. They can flip-flop the price by over half of what they originally promised, but they can’t provide security on the premise by fixing a broken gate that they say a customer crashed into. Disgusting and disgraceful. Please think 2x before trusting this storage chain!
