    This lowes is horrible in customer service. One bad experience is one thing but multiple is just ridiculous. First time it was that 4 different associates turned me away when asking for help to place a heavy item on a cart. I had load it onto the cart myself, bring it to the register myself along with my toddler and full cart, then loaded it into my car myself with the help of another customer that passed by and asked. (Thank you to that nice gentleman). Then the next time the cashier refused to honor the price of an item that was priced for $8. There were no other tags around it and the item hadn’t been moved because there were multiple of them there and she still refused to honor the price. I’m a proud Lowe’s shopped because I have always thought it better than HD but this Lowe’s makes me think otherwise.

    Ordered a dishwasher and disposal before Thanksgiving. It’s still not here or installed. Been lied to and jerked around by both installer and Lowe’s. They actually added it to my account which had a $19 balance and has started drawing payments through auto pay for something we don’t even have yet. If they go out of business, we’ll know why.

    I’m really impressed with this store, especially for being in a small town! The customer service is fantastic, and they carry all the essentials you need. While they don’t stay open until 10 PM and have a limited variety of supplies, they do stock the specific items that are often hard to find elsewhere. Like many places, they face staffing challenges, so it can be tough to locate an associate in certain departments. However, when you do get assistance—whether it’s from the lumber, customer service, paint, or self-checkout areas—the staff are always friendly, accommodating, and ready to chat. I truly appreciate their helpfulness!

    They stole my weed whacker and refuse to deal with it! Eric the store manager doesn’t return calls even when you complain to home office! I turned in my weed whacker for repair 6 months ago and they lost it!! They refuse to give me another or refund me. They supposedly issued a credit over two weeks ago and when I spoke with customer service they said the envelope was still sitting there a week later waiting for a postman to pick it up. I spoke with Eric and he said it would be mailed that day and it’s been over a week again and I still have nothing. Wish I could rate negative 5 stars as they are so so horrible.
