Lowe’s website advertises price match but clearly not. I met qualifying terms by store policy on their own website and had to talk to 4 different employees and try to explain and show it to them just to be stiffed on it. Won’t be back to this location.

Horrible, horrible horrible do not get anything delivered from Lowe’s. They hired out and they are not responsible for the idiots that deliver an appliance the delivering company that is hired. They are not responsible for their employees. I had a washing machine delivered. I asked them not to drag it across my floor because it would scratch my hardwood floors they did it anyways scratch my floors the delivery company blames it on Lowes said they’re not responsible. Lowe says they’re not responsible because it’s the delivery people‘s fault. Absolutely horrible horrible horrible

I am grateful. I went to get a washing machine and left my model with lost money. I came back and they were sawing it and they returned it to me very kindly. What an excellent staff.
