- WWWilsons WifeDec 15, 20251.0I was promised a $1.00 down payment for the first month under Aaron’s promotional offer. Based on this representation, I agreed to move forward with the lease. However, when it came time to complete the transaction, the terms of the promotion were not honored, and I was required to pay more than what was advertised and promised. This situation is both misleading and frustrating. I made my decision specifically because of the $1 down promotion, and I feel that I was misled into entering an agreement under false pretenses. Don't get me started on roaches that I saw hidden in the washers as well.

I've always used aarons for many years and paid off all of my stuff I have got from there. (6 stuff to be exact) I was going to buy a tv from there cause the tv i got paid off went out within a year of it paid off and that went to deliver Friday (12-6) and I was at work and my wife was asleep and couldn't get to the door in time. Then they tell me they can't get back to my house till the next Friday and told me if I wanted to come get it I would have to pay the full first month to be able to get it. Wow after all the years and money I have spent there I will NEVER do that again. Shame on yall for hiring a store manager like that.. DONT SHOP HERE!!!

They lie and say one thing and it end up being another thing Rhonda tries to switch things up to make it seem like you don't know what you're talking. How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
