    I shop at the Marble Falls Lowe’s frequently, and Brenna and Nancy have both gone above and beyond to help me on multiple occasions. Whether it’s tracking down the right part, offering advice on a project, or just being genuinely friendly, they always make the experience easy and enjoyable. You can tell they really care about customers and take pride in their work. It’s employees like them that keep me coming back to this store instead of ordering online. Highly recommend this Lowe’s location — great people, clean store, and always well stocked.

    I can usually find what I need here, every employee here asks if im doing alright, which is most of the time lost on me, but still appreciated, especially in the times I do need help finding something. My only real complaint.is that the tool section is pretty cramped and is impossible to navigate or pass of someone else is in there.

    Came in to buy washer and after asking two staff members for help still stood there about 20 minutes waiting. When I asked second staff member how much longer she said they were short staffed. But her and another person were just standing at cash register and one lady just walking around store. You would think they would help since short staffed.
