The Lowes in Manvel and even in other stores, these stores are consistently exceeding my expectations. They find help for you if they don’t work on that department . You do not feel alone when you needed a lift for your product or questions about a product. Everyone across the board are all happy looking and very helpful in contrast to Home depot.. sad to say. At Lowe’s you dont walk a mile in the hallway to find somebody. Keep up the great work! Will always go to Lowe’s store bow that they are opened and close to my house!!!!

1st visiting and had a pleasant shopping experience. I only stopped in to browse but ended up leaving with $300 less in my bank account 😩. I want to give a shout out to Alex and Dominique because they both greeted me when I walked in, ask if I needed any help, and then voluntarily took all of my items to my car. Now that's customer service
To be quite transparent, I always load my own stuff in my vehicle so I appreciated the effort.

Visited this new location to check out their garden center and while I think the outdoor collection is gorgeous, I was a bit disappointed in the very limited indoor plant section. I asked one of the workers if they anticipated it expanding but she wasn't sure (which is fair that she wasn't aware). She did mention that they are still getting in "post freeze inventory" which is understandable but she anticipates a higher variety versus a larger selection. Customer service appears to be top tier. Every person I walked past greeted me. Store is less than a month old so as expected its pretty clean and organized. The young lady at self check out was very helpful as well. I may return in a few weeks since I will be doing some relandscaping of my yard but I really hope they expand the indoor section. Otherwise, the Broadway Home Depot is the closest for a better indoor selection.

Lowe’s Manvel is the Best Lowe’s that I have ever gone too! There associates are very helpful and they go over and above to help you!! All there employees do the same! Customer service department greets you when you walk in.,They are fully stocked, the shelves are full, There flowers and plants are healthy! I am so glad they came to Manvel Texas!!!

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
