    To the lady in the gardening section....Lashan or something along those lines, you really need to work on your customer service skills. I don't know that I've ever seen anyone less motivated in my life. Very evident you didn't want to be there. At the end of the day I remember a bad experience at the store. Represent the name on your shirt a little more proudly. Interact with your customers or at the very least acknowledge them.

    I won’t be returning. The staff seemed annoyed when assisting customers, and when I approached employees for help, they appeared bothered. The price of items here are not much cheaper than Home Depot.

    Steven the sales supervisor for outside garden and Kaylon were so helpful and loaded me up some heavy pavers. I appreciate them so much and when you come here you can expect exception service.

    I visited the Lowe’s Mansfield location on Saturday, April 18 around 6:00 PM, and this was one of the most unacceptable retail experiences I’ve had. I came to purchase a garden item I had already seen on display, but I needed help locating it. Instead of getting assistance, I was passed between multiple employees with no one willing to take responsibility. The front desk sent me outside, another employee ignored my question and told me to ask someone else, and a third person sent me back inside again. When I finally went to customer service, they called for help multiple times over the speaker — no one came. I waited over 30 minutes while being repeatedly promised that someone would assist me, but that never happened. The most concerning part is that a manager was present the entire time, clearly aware of what was happening, yet chose to stand there using her phone and completely ignore the situation. This reflects a serious failure in management, accountability, and customer service. I walked in ready to spend money and left without buying anything. This was my first visit and will definitely be my last.

    I wanted my rating to be zero stars but I had to put in one in order for this to work.Terrible experience with this Lowe's. Bought a dishwasher and was told I needed extra parts for installation. I went into the store to purchase the extra parts and the process became a nightmare because of software complication. I wanted to charge the parts on the my new Lowe's credit card but because I didn't have the actual physical card in the mail yet the associate had to shop the individual parts and I had to buy a gift card using another credit card in order for the sales associate to be able to enter the charges into the system! It took over an hour of my time Then I waited about a week to hear from them for installation. The guy that came out to do the installation was wonderful and very helpful. But he told my son that the bottom plate that is installed on the bottom of the dishwasher was not in the box. He said Lowe's would contact me to have it installed. Never heard a word after about 3 weeks so I called and spoke to a girl who put me on hold for about 10 minutes and I just hung up. I would not recommend this store.
