  Staff at store was friendly and helpful, but online and 1-800 customer service is abysmal. Store experience is 5 stars, but the 1-800 customer support is easily 1 star. I bought a cartridge filter and ordered installation 3 days later. Never received a call to setup an appointment so I called customer service and was told no appointment was in their system. Made a new appointment a week later and informed them that I don't live there so I'll need to get a call at least 15 minutes in advance so I can drive over to the house. A week later, I never received a call. Called customer service again and they told me the technician went to my house without calling me and then left. Now I have a third appointment scheduled 2 weeks from now. No apology, or discount, or any other action on their end. Just continuing to move me down the line. Very frustrating experience. Go to the store, and skip the online/phone orders.
