I will never use Lowe's install team again. Because there were a few DEAD bugs on top they won't haul it away. I bet they get away with it all the time as well. Charge you out the butt and then don't take away and dispose of your old appliances. On top they told me we would be contacted within 2 days to schedule a date and we ended up waiting 7 business days to be contacted and I finally had to contact them. Do not pay the fee… you’re better of installing yourself.

Don’t buy any Holiday items from them they won’t take it back because it stop working. I was told they don’t take back christmas returns after the 24th. I won’t buy any holiday or christmas decorations from them. anymore.!
