- MMMarcusNov 1, 20251.0Pretty horrible experience. The gate and key pads havnt been working and I just got a letter in the mail my rate is increasing $15 a month. As well as when I first moved in I was out of town and didn’t have a lock on my unit and they charged me a $20 fee even though I returned the lock they originally provided. I advise you look elsewhere.

Contacting them didn’t fix the gate, didn’t fix the smell & didn't change my rate back to what it was. Responding to my review asking me to contact them is a lazy way of trying to save face without actually fixing any of these issues. Also very weird how they have a bunch of brand new photo-less accounts all posting 5 star reviews on the same day. Most likely faking reviews to raise their ratings, despicable behavior. After 4 months of renting here they DOUBLED my price from $75 to $150. Not even half a year have I been at this location. It always stinks on the inside, it’s been months with the horrible smell near the elevators. Not to mention the gate to enter has been broken for WEEKS so no entry to your unit unless you want to go during office hours and ask them to open it for you. Hopefully you get off work and have time to go before they close or you are just stuck without your items. Mind you they doubled my price even though I haven’t been able to properly access my unit in weeks. What a scam. Every time I have gone in most of the units are empty anyways so they should focus on maybe filling the units first instead of price gouging their current customers. Will definitely be taking my business elsewhere once I can actually get in my unit once they fix their gate, who knows maybe it’ll be another month. 🙄
