The attitude of the store representative on site is awful and have actually been threatened by the guy who works there for asking questions about the rate increase and broken gate. I saw one review on here where somebody stated the gate was broken for weeks but to be clear it was actually broken for OVER FOUR MONTHS!!!!! This means you cannot access your stuff unless it’s during normal business hours so those of you work, you have to take time off of work, not get paid to access the stuff that you’re now paying TRIPLE the rent for than when you signed up. Do yourself a favor and rent somewhere else. I’ve rented tons of storage units in my life and this place is the WORST. All these good reviews are either people that just got there and have not updated their reviews after they get scammed or they were paid promotionally to give a good review. I never give reviews but I’m making a point to do it this time. -You will be spoken to with NO RESPECT -Threatened if you ask any questions -No response or care for issues a tenant should have rights to ask about -Have zero control of price increase -Basically the worst place you could imagine renting from!!!
