From day one, Omar stepped in with incredible patience, professionalism, and genuine care. He went above and beyond to help us, never rushing us and always making himself available when we had questions or concerns. Started with a 10x10 and I guess I got in when rates were low ($130ish) but over the past 6 months rates have hiked to over $200. Really had me evaluate how much space we really needed and went down to a 5x10 for $80. The transfer could not have been easier. For those who are worried they raise your rent without notice, this is false. They ALWAYS mail out a physical notice of the price change that goes into effect the next month. Make sure your mailing address is correct. It’s a month-to-month renting agreement, not a lease.
