- CMCindy MartinMar 16, 20265.0Upon discovering the ease of exercising in water and the joy of arthritic joints being weightless we decided having access to such a facility year round was needed . A pool enclosed in a metal building that could accommodate my mobility limitations would require expertise with design build and great attention to detail. Trey Majors brought these qualities (and more) to the project He listened very patiently to my concerns and the issues i was having at the public pool , and made on site visits to that pool to ensure they could address them The employees and subcontractors of Wildnerness pool and Neathery builders worked very well together This cooperation saved time , money and resulted in a very well constructed facility . They also respected our property and kept the site clean. And finally the paperwork process was handled professionally and promptly. Rebecca Dubose did all the heavy lifting in this area and it was always accurate and complete.

Design was thoughtful, creative and engineered. His team took soil samples and engineered our pool and hot tub structures to meet our property. They listened to what we wanted and customized the design to our requirements, including a stand up area in the hot tub. When there were problems, Trey worked solutions beyond our satisfaction. We were referred to Trey by an acquaintance of our daughter, and boy did he DELIVER! I know our circumstances and issues with our concrete deck and fence were not ideal, especially when his pool company did not install our pool. However, Trey walked with us throughout the entire process of repairs and installation as if it was his own. This tells me he not only guarantees the quality and success of his pools, but he can fix and take care of issues created by others. We cannot thank Trey, and his Wilderness team, enough for their professionalism, personal care, and the genuine sincerity they gave us during this heart-wrenching experience. We have moved on from a bad experience, and now have a beautiful FINISHED fence and deck thanks only to Trey.
