Design was thoughtful, creative and engineered. His team took soil samples and engineered our pool and hot tub structures to meet our property. They listened to what we wanted and customized the design to our requirements, including a stand up area in the hot tub. When there were problems, Trey worked solutions beyond our satisfaction. Trey and his team also supported us installation in any issue we have had. We couldn’t be more pleased with Wilderness Pools and would highly recommend them. Dave and Michelle Wilkins

We were referred to Trey by an acquaintance of our daughter, and boy did he DELIVER! I know our circumstances and issues with our concrete deck and fence were not ideal, especially when his pool company did not install our pool. However, Trey walked with us throughout the entire process of repairs and installation as if it was his own. This tells me he not only guarantees the quality and success of his pools, but he can fix and take care of issues created by others. We cannot thank Trey, and his Wilderness team, enough for their professionalism, personal care, and the genuine sincerity they gave us during this heart-wrenching experience. We have moved on from a bad experience, and now have a beautiful FINISHED fence and deck thanks only to Trey.
