We came pretty late to Lowes to get some items for our home. When we walked in the employees were nice. Multiple employees were asked how they can help us. When we checked Reagan had a smile and was super welcoming. She was made us feel welcomed at Lowes. Thank you, Reagan for your sweet customer services.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Disappointed with Customer Service, but Grateful for One Employee
I recently visited the Lowe’s hardware store to return a Toro lawnmower that broke after a single use. Unfortunately, my experience with the customer service representative—whose name I believe was Patricia—was extremely frustrating. She refused to offer any assistance and made it clear she didn’t want to help resolve the issue. When I asked for a manager, she flat-out refused to get one involved.
Thankfully, Dave, a Navy veteran working there, stepped in and completely turned the situation around. He went above and beyond to help us when no one else would. His professionalism, patience, and kindness are exactly what customer service should look like.
It’s disappointing that one employee’s attitude nearly ruined the entire experience, but I’m truly grateful to Dave for restoring some faith in the store. Lowe’s should recognize employees like him—and provide additional training for those who don’t seem to care about helping customers.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
