    I just want to say this has absolutely nothing to do with this individual store. The staff here are extremely wonderful and helpful! The first problem I ran into was in the actual purchasing because of my silver membership etc I was able to get some free perks which was great. These perks included free delivery, free haul away, free install and a free 2 year warranty. I attempted to upgrade the two year warranty to a 5 year warranty which is what I wanted and found out to my surprise that I would be charged full price with no prorating of the first 2 years. Second problem I wanted it delivered but not installed. Found out by changing that I was charged full price for delivery and haul away. Made multiple phone calls but was told that's this is the way it is. So I left it as it was so I wouldn't get charged the large extra amount. Second problem Scheduled the install not only do they not install on the weekends but you're given a 12-hour window which requires you to take the entire day off. Per my company requires a 3 week advanced notice. So after my oven was delivered to Lowe's and I got a notification of my install date I had to delay the install for another 3 weeks in order to take the entire day off. Highly upset at this point costing me several hundred dollars. Third problem Finally the day before the installation. I was contacted by the installer who informed me that they were busy that day and were going to be moving my installed date. I am for them that this had been scheduled 3 weeks in advance and also informed them that this was unacceptable that I already scheduled the day off and this would mean delaying it another 3 weeks or more. They said they had no one to install the oven but they'd look into the situation. At the end of the day I still have not heard from the installers. I contacted Lowe's after being placed on hold for ridiculous amounts of time they finally put me in contact with the installer again who repeated the same problem but they would look into it. The scheduled install date has come and went I've never heard from Lowe's or the installer. The fourth problem I ended up making arrangements to pick up the oven myself and get it installed along with arrangements to remove the old oven. A very dissatisfied customer

    Absolutely appalling. Just short of theft. Complete incompetence at every level. Terrific advertisement for Home Depot and every other possible alternative. Wouldn’t come back here for a roll of tape.

    Bought a Generator, they said I have 30 days to return the generator. I tried to return it unopened, unused on the 30th day. Manager Cletus with his attitude said I couldn’t return it. Refused to listen. So technically it should be a 29 day policy return. Place is a joke and along with their manager Cletus.

    Thank goodness for John! I asked about the Adirondack chairs inside the store and the man and woman were very disinterested. They said they were outside. I told them I wanted to sit in them to see if they were comfortable as I needed 8 chairs. The man said, oh, they are stacked really high. Went outside and John was so helpful! I went in and purchased and he helped load them into my truck and was so engaging! He deserves accolades and a raise as I would have gone elsewhere if not for him;)

    During the “ice storm 2026” that never really happened.. I met the dream team at this location helping me prepare they were knowledgeable, kind, and patient : Larry,Emiliano, Ronaldo, Yarlei were AMAZING!
