Major complaint!!! Just bought a $800 freezer on December 20 and it doesn't work on January 11. Went to get it fixed or exchanged and they said we had to talk to manufacturer. No way this is working! Will report to BBB and Texas Attorney General's Consumer Complaint Portal for deceptive practices. Major complaint!!! The lady that talked to me in that department is Norma and she laughed at me. The assistant manager was Mike and he would not even talked to me, threatened to hang up phone, walked off during our conversation. Will never do business with Lowe's again. Lost a 50 year customer!!!!

I will never shop at Lowe's again. And I have been shopping at Lowe's ever since they opened this location.
They will charge you for delivery and installation and then not install it.But they will uninstall the old appliance and take it with them even though I didn't want them to do that so I'm out a $100 because I had it sold, and I now have to take off from work drive 4 hours to my mother's house and install a washing machine.

Went in to get a warming lamp to protect my plants during the cold weather. A young man showed me where to find the clamp light. I picked up a light bulb & the clamp light. As I was about the check out a gentleman named Danny stopped me to inform me the light bulb was not compatible with the electrical source & would probably melt. Wow. I had no idea. He walked me back over & helped me find one that was compatible with with the heat lamp bulb I had chosen. Danny was friendly & helpful & very knowledgeable. I'm so glad he was there today!

I went to the plant section of the store,there were plants that were going to be thrown in the trash! So I asked the girl at the register iif they were going to be thrown away i so asked I could have them! She called a lady that is a manager.
She said I can not give them to you because we have already written off the books . .
So the next words out of her mouth was I would have to charge you the discount price . so I have to ask ,she just told me they were already written off. So now you are going to charge me the discount price? I don't think so. What was she going to do with the money she was going to charge me? Hmmm!!!!!
