- SOSara Olivas2 days ago1.0I was just in the electrical department carrying a sleeping baby trying to find a part while trying to be out of the way as I looked for a part that was in 3 different boxes with each one having different prices none labeled right than an employee older man named John came up with his cart ladder thing and said excuse me I need to go by after seeing me standing there trying to figure out what was the right price was. Never asked if I needed help just basically telling me to get out of his way.

I was to have gotten a call from installer when he would be able to install cabinets (that was 2 weeks ago). I just got a call that my cabinets are supposed to be delivered tomorrow. I am disabled and can’t move these cabinets. And no idea when they will be installed. This is completely backwards! Installer should have worked with Lowes to coordinate when he was available to install them so that the cabinets should be delivered within 24 hours. This store is a disgrace

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
