  We needed a new lift chair fast and had no time to drive to the store Rhonda took pictures, measured chairs and sent pictures to me as if I were there. We bought two!!! She was awesome!

  Adrian was such a pleasure to work with at La-Z-Boy! He was very attentive to our needs, very respectful of our time, incredibly knowledgeable and absolutely zero pressure. We had a very small problem with one of our chairs and he had a new one in its place within a few hours! Everyone we have dealt with from the store has been so very kind and genuinely helpful...including Isaiah and Suzette! I highly recommend shopping at La-Z-Boy - the furniture pieces we purchased are the most comfortable pieces we have ever owned, top notch materials and very stylish and aesthetically pleasing. You cannot go wrong shopping there. Be sure to ask for Adrian. Thank you, Adrian, for a wonderful experience!

  Austin Skipper was our sales person. He was knowledgeable about the sofas we asked about on our initial visit, spent all the time we wanted, helping us narrow down choices. On return visits he paid attention to our comments and what we were drawn to so that he could suggest chairs and then fabric that might work. He was incredibly patient and let us make decisions that were right for us. The store manager, Adrian, helped on a day that Austin was out, again patient and helpful, never pushy. What a great experience, truly!

  So much for five weeks that he had originally told us , if we would've of known it's gonna be this long we might've went somewhere else ..Now we’re being told from Austin with La-Z-Boy of Lubbock that our furniture is currently selected for build but hasn't even started yet this was as of Monday 4/27/26. Now we’re told that our order is currently projected to ship in mid to late June. We’re very upset that it would take this long ..

  The sales person who helped me is named Austin Skipper. He single-handedly made my experience at this store, extraordinary. I hate salesman and I hate when you feel like you are being pressured to make a purchase. Austin was informative, helpful, and most importantly he went above and beyond not as a salesman, but as a genuinely good hearted human being. I have never met this man before in my life, but from here on out, I will always shop at this location, with him, first before I go anywhere else.
