This is the worst Lowes I've ever seen. There's more employees standing around than Customers in the store. Every time I ask someone for help they tell me "they dont know" or "it's not their department" i tried to buy some wood stain and the guy told me that they don't carry it. But I clearly saw on the website they had 4 gallons of what I needed.
All the employees are just walking around playing on their phone or hiding in the bathroom instead of showing up to work and helping customers.
If you don't know exactly what u want and what u need and where it is in the store and take it to self checkout yourself. You'll never get anything done shopping here

As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
