    Ordered and paid for cabinets only for the installer to make gross mistakes on the install. We are still trying to work with lowes personnel to get the mistakes corrected. Its been since September!

    Is there a problem ordering things from this store? It seems everything I order from this store there is a delay or problem. And can I just ask why you keep taking my money and then putting it back? AI don't know anything..like when???am I getting my oven??????or not??? I ordered on the 28th of November said it is expected on 16 of December it's now the 18th and I don't know anymore now than I did then. So thank you!!

    I purchased a window blind and they didn't inform me that it had been cut and was ready for pickup. The blind was damaged and out of stock. Even though they said they were going to order a new blind they didn't until I called to check on the status. I made multiple phone calls to Lowe's and was always put on hold for over 10 minutes.

    Lowe's has what it takes to get 5 stars from me except for two factors price and knowledgeable employees there are far to many of them that have no freaking idea what customer service and product utilization is..for these two alone it should be a 3 but in turn occasionally I'm able to find that 1 person who is capable and willing to help me...
