  They have replaced 3 upper panels on my jacuzzi and they are expensive. They last 6-8 months and the warranty is only 6 months. But why have I had to get 3 in only 2 years time? They dont seal the instrument panel. They should warranty these and also install a better seal so they dont stop working. Even more frustrating that is only one button that stops working and its the same button every time. Must be getting wet but they should stand behind it. Each time its almost $700

  Our Jacuzzi Hot Tub was delivered today and so far it does not disappoint. There are many things to still discover about the Jacuzzi brand since this is our first one. David at West Texas Hot Tubs made sure the Jacuzzi we chose fit our lifestyle & hydrotherapy needs. He even took the time to come to our home to see our space and to explain everything we would need in place (concrete pad, electrical, best location) even before we had made the purchase. His expertise sealed the deal. Mason and his delivery team were great! The 3 young men really worked well together and were so polite. The delivery was on time and well executed. I give the delivery ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ as well. If you are thinking about buying a hot tub, I highly recommend that you buy your’s from West Texas Hot Tubs.

  We purchased a J-495 March 2023 and absolutely love our decision! We have received great customer service Jeremiah took his time to go over chemical balancing and has been a huge reason we highly suggest purchasing at the Lubbock Juccuzi location!

  I purchased my J-325 hot tub two months ago and i have loved it! It has been completely trouble free and has been easy to maintain. This replaced my older hot tub and the higher quality of product if very evident. The entire experience has been very positive so far and I would highly recommend them for your next hot tub.
