    ⭐☆☆☆☆ This is hands down some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced. I have repeatedly informed Aaron’s that I am going through a divorce and requested to be removed from any contact regarding my spouse’s account. Despite this, I continue receiving collection calls asking for him. When I explained (again) that we have not spoken since December and asked to be taken off, the collections representative hung up on me. Hanging up on a customer who is calmly addressing a privacy concern is completely unprofessional. There have also been ongoing issues with being placed on auto-pay without proper authorization, even though I have consistently paid my own account on time and have called multiple times requesting that auto-pay not be set up. Boundaries and consent should matter — especially when handling financial accounts. As someone who has worked in customer service for over 15 years, I understand difficult conversations. What I experienced was not difficult — it was dismissive and disrespectful. There appears to be little accountability when it comes to privacy, professionalism, or proper communication. I expect better from a company handling sensitive financial matters.

    I bought a sofa set from here, and I've been speaking with Cornelius about the sofa having bed bugs from the moment I purchased it, I've called customer service, the reps on 19th are rude, Thomas today called me a lie and told me they have no record of me calling and how about they just pick up my stuff and trash it. Thomas said Cornelius never spoke with me on the issue, here's the kicker the phone they call and speak to me on is a recorded line, so now I need to reach the owner of Aaron's with the phone calls and may possibly go to the local media.

    Joe is apparently one of the managers there. Very rude, disrespectful, unprofessional, and demeaning. He was accusing me of being late by so many days when my app stated I was up to date. He was not giving me a chance to explain anything and started bashing me. I contacted customer service but doubt anything will be done after reading these bad reviews of how unprofessional they are here and nothing has been done. They will constantly call and harass you basically even if you’re caught up on payments. Save yourself the stress and purchase elsewhere.

    They told me my refrigerator would be delivered the today between 10am and 6pm so I bought 100 dollars of groceries after i got out of work at 5pm and now I'm going to have to throw all my meat away tomorrow cause it's going to spoil and it's been in my house on my table since then
