Employees have been scarce over the past couple of weeks, can’t get someone who is not already busy! Boxes everywhere and employees running around trying to help everyone. Definitely seems to be a staffing issue.

I want to give a big shout out to Jonse that works at Store number 0519 Longview Texas. He went out of his way and beyond to help me out with with an exterior door. And he got me a great deal of one that has been marked down half price. And went as far as helping me loaded in my truck. I wish they were all as plot and friendly as he is. I had a great experience at Lowe’s Home Improvement and wanted to take a minute to recognize the team there. This store is exactly what you hope for when you walk into a home improvement store—clean, organized, and full of helpful people who actually seem to care.
From the moment I walked in, everything was easy to find, and the store was well laid out. The aisles were clean, the shelves were stocked, and it didn’t feel chaotic like some big stores can. That alone made the visit enjoyable.
What really stood out, though, was the customer service. Every employee I interacted with was friendly, professional, and willing to help without making me feel like I was bothering them. When I had a question, they didn’t just point me in a direction—they actually took the time to make sure I found exactly what I needed.

We came in looking for a concrete drill and initially had a great experience with one of the employees, who was very helpful. However, the manager (Marco, I believe) displayed a poor attitude toward his own staff. He abruptly took the keys from the employee assisting us, refused to continue helping us, and walked away without offering any explanation for denying service. This behavior was unprofessional and disappointing.
