And he got me a great deal of one that has been marked down half price. And went as far as helping me loaded in my truck. I wish they were all as plot and friendly as he is. However, the manager (Marco, I believe) displayed a poor attitude toward his own staff. He abruptly took the keys from the employee assisting us, refused to continue helping us, and walked away without offering any explanation for denying service. This behavior was unprofessional and disappointing.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
