After waiting that long we got a call to schedule delivery and had all current furniture removed. Then we were told delivery was not possible for another week.

The reclining mechanism is held together with plastic pieces and after some research it seems to be a common problem. It’s still under warranty so I called the Longview store and they told me I would have to call the service center in Dallas. When I was finally able to talk to somebody they told me I had 2 options: take it to their warehouse in Tyler or pay $125 for them to come to my house. Please don’t make the mistake I did, buy your furniture somewhere else.
