    I have been coming to Lowes for years. The customer service is gotten worse and worse. I placed an online order for curbside, i waited until after they said it was ready, I checked in 30min before I got to the store and I still waited an hour for them to bring out my items. And then the guy that I spoke to inside gave me attitude about asking where my order was. I asked for a manager and was told one wasn't available.

    Ordered a patio door to be installed in October. Was told an installer would come, measure, and set up everything. After a couple weeks never heard anything. Finally set up a time, took off work to meet him and that morning canceled. Rescheduled, got door ordered, and was told installer would call and set up appointment. Received notification the door was at the Longview store. Three weeks went by with multiple attempts to set up installation on my part. Finally got time set, took off work and installer canceled the day of due to being sick. Rescheduled and the installer was unable to get door in properly, in process broke a locking mechanism. Now it is end of February and still no solution. I have never experienced such poor customer service and lack of communication about any project before. Will definitely never use or recommend Lowes in Longview. Today is February 23rd and the installer to fix the broke lock and adjust fitting of door canceled 20 minutes after I took another morning off work. I am seeking for complete refund and plan to hire attorney if needed. This has been an absolute disaster.

    Senior Citizens Beware...!! Don't buy anything from this company. Sold my 68 year old mother a Crap Stove that hasn't worked since the day they delivered it. Now they say she only had 48hrs to return the stove. Y'all Are Trash..!!

    If I could give 0 stars to this store I would. It is the single worst retail experience I have ever had. What should have been a straightforward, professionally managed purchase turned into months of confusion, miscommunication, and repeated failures at every level of the organization. Orders were mishandled. Pricing changed without explanation. Promised callbacks never came. Appointments were scheduled and then missed. I rearranged my work schedule multiple times, only to sit and wait with no communication and no accountability. When I called for updates, I was transferred in circles. I was told the only person who could help was unavailable. I was promised follow-ups that never happened. On one occasion, I waited nearly an hour on hold only to be told the responsible employee had gone home. Every step required unnecessary effort on my part just to get basic information about my own purchase. The issue was not a single mistake. Mistakes happen. The issue was a complete breakdown of ownership. No one took responsibility. No one communicated clearly. No one seemed empowered to fix the problem. Instead, I was left to coordinate between departments that did not appear to communicate with each other. By the time partial corrections were made, the stress, lost time, and repeated inconveniences had far outweighed the value of the purchase itself. I should not have had to chase down updates, correct errors, and advocate this aggressively for something that was paid for in full. I cannot recommend this store. A company’s true character shows when problems arise. In this case, it showed disorganization, indifference, and a startling lack of respect for a customer’s time.
