    My oven quit working (20 years old) . Went to Lowe’s in Longview to see about getting a replacement; something comparable with what had!! Hooked up your Sales Specialist Richard Jones!!! He spent quality time with us….Didn’t try to push the most expensive model on us but found what we needed at an affordable price!! I wish more salespeople were like him in this world!!! He definitely deserves an atta boy!!

    The person that took care of me was helpful. He tended to my shopping needs(as many products are behind lock and key). It did take a while to find someone to help which is the sad norm wherever you go these days(Lowe's or Home Depot). Upon getting ready to check out I was about to apply for a credit card. Then comes the interesting part... Lowes teams up with a company called Synchrony. To apply for a credit card at Lowe's you are now "REQUIRED TO PROVIDE VIDEO AND IMAGES OF YOURSELF " to send to the credit company. So not only are you going before video while paying for your items, which everybody knows this is leading to the mark of the beast system as everybody is being tracked, but now you must also provide video and images to the credit card company. Also add the 30% APR of the card which is robbery. Getting $100 off a purchase has serious consequences if you don't pay it off immediately.

As a new homeowner purchasing appliances for the first time can be overwhelming, but your staff exceeded all expectations in being helpful. Every staff member I encountered was polite, helpful, and patient. They went above and beyond, providing valuable details about appliances, product longevity, and matching items to my specific needs. My overall experience with your merchandise, team members, and pricing would easily rate a 100%. I was so impressed that I wanted to specifically mention the employees who were pivotal in making this daunting process enjoyable: Richard, Ben, Eric, Lance, Aanen, and Jason. I would definitely return to your store and highly recommend all of the staff who assisted me in the Home Appliance Section. Thank you very much for having such an outstanding team.

    This store really has gone down hill over the years. We were in store for 30 minutes and couldn't get help. We were sent to multiple isles that were wrong. No employees here to day knows what they sell or where it's located. Employees ignored the help buttons. I called to try to get a hold of manager. Call went to third party who never got them on phone. We finally left and went to home depot . No issues over there at all.
