I was looking for a product and a fabulous employee (Sylvia) assisted me. While looking I saw a deal with purchase of dewalt batteries I could get 2 power tools free! Sylvia spoke with my boyfriend on the phone and secured the tools he would like to have - she got the last one we wanted and escorted me to the check out station! We stopped at the paint section where I previously had given Brycelen a piece of my metal roof. I needed a metal and latex paint. He was fabulous in helping me pick the best paints and then custom coloring to match my metal roof!! Expert employees that gave me solid advice in a very pleasant, respectful and not demeaning manner!! Give them a raise!! Thank you!

I ordered a few appliances to be delivered. Got text confirmation of date and confirmed. Took off work and drove 4 hrs to be at delivery location and no delivery. I called Longview Lowe’s where I ordered and was told t call the Marshall Lowe’s to see why it wasn’t delivered. I reminded them that I ordered from Longview so they should figure out what happened. I have since been on hold for a manager for 45 minutes and still counting. They pick up and put me right back on hold. Horrible pro service.
