They had many fabric color and texture samples in the store and made the ordering process very easy. Our chairs arrived 8 weeks to the day from ordering and we could not be more happy. We went with Joshua recliners. Great experience.

The reclining mechanism is held together with plastic pieces and after some research it seems to be a common problem. It’s still under warranty so I called the Longview store and they told me I would have to call the service center in Dallas. When I was finally able to talk to somebody they told me I had 2 options: take it to their warehouse in Tyler or pay $125 for them to come to my house. Please don’t make the mistake I did, buy your furniture somewhere else.
