I would rather go to hell than to have to go to this store. I placed an online order this morning at 7:30 am because of the terrible experience I had last week trying to pick up some lumber last week. The order today only consisted of 10 4x4x8, 30 2x4x8 and 15 bags of concrete. I had not gotten a message by 11:00 that my order was ready so I called them and they had not even started working on the order. Finally at 11:30 I got a message that the order was ready. I drove 10 minutes to the store to pick up the order and had to wait a whole 1.5 hours to get the order. It's ridiculous.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order.
