While checking out, I noticed the garden cashier (Raegan) and another employee standing together at the register for an extended period of time, talking and hanging out while she was actively working as the cashier. This went on for quite a while and came across as unprofessional. It also made the checkout area feel uncomfortable rather than efficient or customer-focused. Employees socializing at the register for long periods takes away from the professionalism I usually expect from Lowe’s. I hope management is made aware so they can ensure the register area stays focused on customers and maintains a professional environment.

Aaron D. went above and beyond, helping me find exactly what I needed on my last visit. He was also very knowledgeable and patient. I bought a toolbox on sale, but I wanted a different wood top. I bought some oak, sanded, stained, and epoxy'd it. I just need to wait for it to completely cure before I can wet sand it and finish a few details.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
