- CCCharlesMar 3, 20261.0This store is horrible. Went there the last 2 days to buy things. There is no customer service there at all! Do not know where the manager is hiding! But he must be like a ostrich with his head in the sand. Told customer service that they needed to hire people there. And they totally agreed with me! Could not even get anyone to load my truck at all yesterday! A man that was waiting on his order loaded my cement in my truck for me. They need to hire a new manager there and that might change things, but I doubt it. I spent thousands of dollars there, but I will go to Thomas supply from now on. If it wasn't for Rebecca today from the Appliance section, I would have walked out. I don't think Lowe's will ever change, they will just get worse! And hopefully someone above the manager we'll look into this problem. Again I doubt that will happen! When I go to spend my money at a store I want a pleasant experience. And it will not happen there until things change! This is what reviews are for!

Deondrae and Roberto helped load up my materials quickly and efficiently, but what really stood out was their attitude. They were genuinely kind, patient, and positive, and it honestly turned my whole day around. They were professional and hardworking, but more than anything, they made me feel like my time and situation actually mattered. That kind of customer service is not something you see every day, and it truly was awesome seeing it be from young men. Lowe’s is lucky to have Deondrae and Roberto representing the store. Thank you again, Deondrae and Roberto. You made a bigger difference than you probably realize.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
