    Yall, this place is huge! If you have been, go. I guarantee you'll find something you love for your home. Take your time a look at every. Right now the have everything fall and halloween 50%off...they have lots of stuff! Highly recommend, 2thumbs high!! Go, enjoy!

    I have been wanting to buy a shelving unit from my local Hobby Lobby. They have just the display and won’t sell me that piece. I’ve been waiting for like 6 weeks for them to get stock in. Went to AtHome while visiting San Antonio. Saw something I loved and that will work for what I am trying to accomplish in a friends spaces we are decorating and asked for help from sweet Sylvia. Just the display was present. She happily confirmed they don’t have any stock and said yes to me being able to purchase. Bravo to her excellent customer service. While Hobby could have sold me a piece 6 weeks ago and when or IF they get more they could have easily made one up for display. The point is. A smile and a “sure can” is so much more pleasant and easy to do. 😊

    Ordered a small cabinet and 8x10 rug in person at the store at 9:30am. The store employees were very helpful in person. The store offered same day delivery. They asked for a 4 hour window for delivery. They were supposed to deliver between 10-2 and call prior to delivery. After hearing nothing at 2pm I had to reach out. The representative stated they hadn't heard from the delivery service and would reach out. After still hearing nothing at 6:30pm I had to call again. The representative stated that the delivery service was looking for a vehicle large enough to transport the items. I wasted my entire day waiting for them with no communication about delays. Would not recommend any delivery from this store and at this point not buying any additional items as they have wasted my time and poor customer service.

What is the At Home return policy?

No receipt? No problem!* Returns of unused items in the original packaging will be fully refunded within 60 days (90 days if you’re an Insider Perks member) with proof of purchase through your Insider Perks account or credit card or receipt and a valid ID. If your purchase cannot be verified, you’ll be issued a store credit based on the current price of the item(s). Christmas merchandise returned after December 25 will be refunded for the current price of the items, even with the original receipt. We do not provide exchanges. You're welcome to return any unwanted product and purchase new items. We are unable to accept returns on mattresses. We are unable to accept returns of pillows and cushions without all of their tags. We are unable to accept returns of items marked “All Sales Final”. Products delivered by one of our local delivery partners, including PICKUP, Roadie, and Door Dash, must be returned in-store. If an item you purchased is damaged or defective, please return it within 60 days to your nearest store for a refund.
