I’ve been waiting for like 6 weeks for them to get stock in. Went to AtHome while visiting San Antonio. Saw something I loved and that will work for what I am trying to accomplish in a friends spaces we are decorating and asked for help from sweet Sylvia. Just the display was present. She happily confirmed they don’t have any stock and said yes to me being able to purchase. Bravo to her excellent customer service. While Hobby could have sold me a piece 6 weeks ago and when or IF they get more they could have easily made one up for display. The point is. A smile and a “sure can” is so much more pleasant and easy to do. 😊

They asked for a 4 hour window for delivery. They were supposed to deliver between 10-2 and call prior to delivery. After hearing nothing at 2pm I had to reach out. The representative stated they hadn't heard from the delivery service and would reach out. After still hearing nothing at 6:30pm I had to call again. The representative stated that the delivery service was looking for a vehicle large enough to transport the items. I wasted my entire day waiting for them with no communication about delays. Would not recommend any delivery from this store and at this point not buying any additional items as they have wasted my time and poor customer service.
