    I can't say enough good about 2 employees, Zack and Grant at the Lowe's in Little Elm, corner of 423 & Eldorado. On Saturday, April 25, 2026, I needed to buy 6 concrete paver stones (2' × 2' x 2"). (I later discovered each stone weighs 70-80 Ibs if not more). As I was trying to load them onto a cart, Grant came by, so I asked him for help. He kindly took over, reached way back into the shelving area where the stones were stored, and lifted and stacked every one of them on the cart for me. He never acted like it was a bother and he was courteous & professional the entire time. After my purchase, when I tried to load the stones into the trunk of my car, Zack was working outside and must have seen me struggling. He took the initiative to hurry over to me, then he put on his gloves and carefully & cheerfully loaded all the stones into my car. I will not soon forget the kindness these two young men showed me. They willingly pitched in and helped this 68-year-old man accomplish a very difficult task. Five Stars to these two guys who made my day! This has been my Lowe’s for a year now—Grant & Zach have made me an even more loyal customer!

    I am writing to formally report a highly frustrating and unacceptable experience with your Lowe’s store located on Eldorado Parkway in Little Elm, Texas. I purchased a power washer from this location, and the order was delayed multiple times by Lowe’s before I was finally able to pick it up on Tuesday evening. Due to those delays, I was only able to assemble and test the unit Thursday evening. Upon doing so, I discovered that the power washer does not function at all. When I returned to the store to address this issue, I was informed that the item could not be returned due to a 48-hour return policy. This position is unreasonable given that the delay was caused entirely by Lowe’s fulfillment failures. Had the product been delivered as originally promised, I would have identified the defect well within your stated return window. What made the situation significantly worse was the conduct of the store manager. Initially, the manager, Belrem, refused to come speak with me at all. After waiting several minutes, he finally appeared but was dismissive, argumentative, and entirely unwilling to engage in any meaningful discussion. He refused to acknowledge the circumstances, the defective product, or even basic customer service standards. His repeated response was simply, “there’s nothing I can do,” delivered without any effort to understand or resolve the issue. This experience reflects poorly not only on that store’s management, but on Lowe’s as a whole. A defective product, delayed fulfillment, and a refusal to stand behind your customer combined with dismissive leadership is unacceptable.

    I tried to leave a review via the QR code given to me in the store but it is not working. But I had to give props to Cynthia at the little elm TX location! She was amazing!! She was also very friendly. She helped us find the item we were looking for even though it was in the wrong area.

    Lowe’s service has been getting worse and worse. I ordered a pallet of garden rock online and was told it would be delivered the next day. However, the delivery was postponed five times. I communicated with them repeatedly and clearly requested that the pallet be delivered to the front of my house. After nearly a week of waiting, it finally arrived—but the driver placed it in my driveway at the back of the house late in the evening, blocking my car. I had a doctor’s appointment early the next morning and was unable to leave because of this. I called customer service, and it took nearly an hour to reach someone. The representative eventually issued a refund and assured me that someone would pick up the pallet the following day. However, no one showed up as promised. This careless handling of the situation has caused significant inconvenience to my daily life. I find this level of service extremely disappointing.
