- DCDennis CaudleJun 6, 20221.0The keys worked fine. The problem was the machine stole my $6 bucks. I was using cash but it would not accept one of my one dollar bills. So as I was trying to get change for a 5 from a Lowe’s employee the screen popped up asking if I wanted a refund or no refund. As I was waiting to get change I selected no refund because I wanted to continue with my purchase. But when I chose that button it cancelled the entire purchase and stole my 6 dollars. So I had to redo my purchase and use my credit card. WHY The hell there is an option for choosing no refund during a purchase (as I thought it would send me back to the purchase screen to add more money) is beyond me. Nice way to rip off cash users I guess. Fortunately I was able to buy 2 and get 1 free so I don’t feel like I’ve been completely ripped off by your machine. Do not recommend. Won’t use again.
