    Don't shop at this Lowe's! Apparently they have children running the store and no Customer Service skills. The associates flee from customers if they need assistance or questions answered. Names of the employees are Marlene, Cynthia and a few boys that don't have name badges on and act like children that need apparently to be retrained on Customer Service. Remember children, if it was not for your new and loyal customers, you would not have a job. A word of advice to the store manager, Tyler Tyler...step in and retrain your people and cut the dead weight or your location may go out of business. Again, without your customer base, you will not have a job. Don't take your customers for granted. One more thing Tyler/Store Manager... Your store has signs stating, to respect the employees, apparently they think it is a free pass to disrespect your paying customers. It does not work that way! I will go higher up. Thank you for your time reading this. 4.1 rating overall. 4.8 or a 4.9 is what you shoot for by the way. Just free advice. 🫟😱

    LOWES used Angi for an install of a chandelier on 4/24/2026. The installer stripped several parts and left the chandelier barely secured to my ceiling because he was not able to secure it properly with the stripped parts. I have reached out via phone and email to all POCs and here it is 5/25/2026 and no one has come out to properly hang the chandelier. I will NEVER EVER purchase anything with an install from Lowes ever again. Do what you will, with this information.

    Today, May the Fourth , at about 1, there was four customers in line, while one woman checked us out, three gentle men stood behind the customer service counter talking about how much they enjoyed not helping customers(they werent actually talking about that, but damn). After checkout: I began loading the 12 concrete blocks into a truck bed , and the tail gate does not work. I was struggling, and my dad , who is willing but unable to assist, went inside to ask for help. One man came he helped alot, he was wearing neon vest. Then another man came and we finished loading. Without them it would have been very difficult. Thank yall

    Impossible to reach the Lindale TX store via their direct phone number. I was on the line for over 11 minutes while the phone rang and rang with periodic messages about how Lowe's is "working to answer my call as quickly as possible". The fabricator responds quickly to phone calls but Lowe's staff are unable to answer questions about their own Project Estimate. I regret my countertop purchase decision due to their poor customer service. I even own Lowe's stock which makes this experience even more troubling.

    Ordered blocks on Friday. Sunday order was ready. Told them I would be in Monday. Came Monday no blocks. Had to redo order. This is crap. It happened before but I thought I would try again. So disappointing. The guys were great but had to wait to get my order. Again !!!!!! Got here at 10:55 and it’s 11:04 still no blocks. Finally 11:11 they brought them out. Thanks
