    I had the worst experience you can imagine. Don't buy the extended warranty. My lawn mower took 1 1/2 months to get back and they charged me $125. I called 20 plus times just trying to get info on it. Didn't tell me anything till it was back. I'll never deal with them agian.

    I went to Lowe's today to take back a light that I had purchased that did not work where I needed it to go. I stood in line for a while behind a man who was returning a dishwasher and had waited quite a while. When it was my turn the girl at the counter,named Heidi, called up a girl behind me to come ahead of me. Obviously it was her friend. I had been waiting a while, so I said wow what happened here. They both laughed.. when it was finally my turn to talk to her I said to her, you know that she was behind me and I had been waiting a while, she just did not respond or answer me at all. Very rudely ignored me. I think if Heidi has no customer service skills she does not need to be working at the return counter. Rude

    Purchased a washer and dryer and was told it would be delivered the next day. All was well until I received an email the day of delivery rescheduling delivery to the following day. I contacted the store about the issue and was connected to Rebecca. Rebecca is very unprofessional and extremely rude. She informed me that the reason for delivery reschedule was because the dryer didn’t produce a PO for the warehouse. This seems to me to be a problem that Lowe’s needs to take accountability for but instead she made it my problem with the only solution was to wait it out or cancel and reorder. Unacceptable. She even went as far as to threaten to cancel my order because I requested to speak to her supervisor which she refused repeatedly. I asked for a name phone number or email which she refused ALL then hung up on me. Problem has still not been resolved nor has anyone contacted me. VERY disappointed in the lack of concern with this issue that was created by THEIR mistake.
