    We went in to order cabinets and countertops, we had some trouble getting someone to help us, then when we did finally find someone to help us, he couldn’t run the program to get a quote for installation. He was however helpful getting us scheduled for measurements. We got the measurements done, tried calling back to get help with ordering and installing, nope. There is ONE guy, who mysteriously is never there. Today we got a call about measuring for carpet. I cannot phantom the work ethics.

    They had what I needed but no one to help me. Pressed the Help button at the end of the aisle. And waited to be helped for more than 10 minutes, then they guided me to the wrong aisle. Just to leave me there with encouraging words saying "look for someone in this Department to help you" then turned away to walk.

    Purchased a refrigerator for delivery. Delivery did not happen. Needed the refrigerator that day assigned for delivery. It is my understanding after speaking with customer service that they tried to deliver it and they were told it was not needed anymore. They canceled the order and returned to the warehouse. Evidently they tried delivering to the wrong house. Now being told that it could be a week or 2 to get the refrigerator. How could it take so long when they have the item at the warehouse? Customer Service assured me there would be a response back to me within 24 hours. It’s been almost 72 hours and not a peep. Ended up having to go by another refrigerator and pick up ourselves. My frustration is that was there appears to be no accountability or concern for the customer. You can call customer service and they will make you feel better, but nothing happens.

    A couple days ago I came in because I have to do a whole new tile floor in my bathroom and I was lost and a man by the name of Jason M. Stopped what he was doing and helped me with the whole process of getting everything I needed and helped to explain what tiling a floor would look like. He was very helpful, polite, knowledgeable, and handsome!! He was willing to help me in all departments with stuff that I needed. I was very lucky to walk in and be greeted by him that day. Thank you Jason!

    Being generous here. If you’re a veteran be fore warned they don’t honor veterans discounts on big ticket items like appliances. They also don’t have enough help. Had to wait an hour to buy a fridge. Don’t offer discounts if you’re not going to honor them. Hire some additional help please. The guy that helped us was ok but… The price was the same all over Tyler. We should’ve left and gone elsewhere. You won’t always be the sole vendor in Lindale. The delivery guys were good other than they went to Longview and had to turn around and come back.
