    Had 4 deliveries scheduled for today. One of the drivers actually showed up at my house, took a picture of the other 4 items that were delivered earlier in the day and stole my products and claimed they were delivered. The one delivery was missing 3 items, so, I assume the other driver stole those. No explanation from Lowes customer service after sitting on hold for 15 minutes as she called “the driver.” Just got back on the line and said someone would call me back in 24 hours about my missing items?? The other 2 deliveries were returned to the store without even attempting to deliver the products. I watched them on the tracking app, sit in Minneola for 2 hours without any movement and then all of a sudden it’s “delayed.” Now it shows the items were returned??? Does that mean they will be delivered tomorrow or do I have to reorder them again and see if they will be delivered or not? It was dirt to start building my garden today and compost. Screwed up my plans too. No where did I see they hire Uber drivers for the “free delivery.” Not a good idea since they are obviously super unreliable. The second driver team of two females never even followed the directions of calling or texting me, so I can let them in my gate. There is a sign at the end of my driveway to place delivery items in the box and the first driver had enough common sense to stick them behind the box, inside my fence since they didn’t fit. Super unreliable delivery. I would not take your chances if your items are time sensitive. What a nightmare. Now to see if they believe the shady drivers or if they will believe I am telling the truth that they were never delivered. I can’t believe the people they sent to deliver my stuff actually STOLE IT, while claiming they delivered it. I have 7 items missing between the two orders. Gives me a really bad impression of Lowes if they are going to hire third party unreliable drivers to deliver products. I will never order delivery again! I suggest you don’t either. Nothing is free anymore. Costs you valuable time, with this place. Now I assume I have to go to the store and deliver them myself tomorrow, to make sure they actually get here? Why didn’t they refund the stolen items right away? I took photos of the items not there. Obviously the drivers don’t have photos unless they placed them there for a photo op and then took off with them like some of the Amazon flexdrivers do.

    We went in to order cabinets and countertops, we had some trouble getting someone to help us, then when we did finally find someone to help us, he couldn’t run the program to get a quote for installation. He was however helpful getting us scheduled for measurements. We got the measurements done, tried calling back to get help with ordering and installing, nope. There is ONE guy, who mysteriously is never there. Today we got a call about measuring for carpet. I cannot phantom the work ethics.

    They had what I needed but no one to help me. Pressed the Help button at the end of the aisle. And waited to be helped for more than 10 minutes, then they guided me to the wrong aisle. Just to leave me there with encouraging words saying "look for someone in this Department to help you" then turned away to walk.
