- AJAdrianne JacksonMar 18, 20261.0I had a lock replaced on a public restroom at an office building where over 300 employees work and they placed the incorrect lock on the door! I called to see if they could repair and I was told they would reach back out to me I was out of work so hadn’t had a chance to follow up with them after they never reached back out to fix . Upon reaching out I was told I would be charged for an entire new lock and labor. He also stated it was no record of them speaking with me. I also asked if you was replacing a lock for a medical building would you place a privacy lock on the door he said probably not so why would you place a privacy lock on a office building restroom area ? This issue was brought to their attention a day after installing they never followed up and now want us to pay for another service no accountability on their part just asking us to pay them to come out and correct their mistake I would not recommend a company that won’t take accountability for their error.
