- CCcynthia contrerasNov 7, 20191.0THE CUSTOMER HAS THE RIGHT TO REFUSE PAYMENT. Learn from my $226 mistake! This company does not perform services directly. They sub-contract, which makes it difficult to know who the responsible party is. Compared to other companies, I was GROSSLY OVER-CHARGED for a lock-out service. I hoped that they would want to make it right, but after getting the run-around for over a week, the "complaint department" told me they charge anywhere from $20-200 for ANY service performed. They obviously charge the maximum regardless of the type of service. DO NOT pay before the service is performed. You (the customer) have the RIGHT to pay the technician what you think their service is worth AFTER they perform the service. Also be aware that the response from the owner to this review is just as counterfeit. The phone number provided put me back into the same loop as before. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY
