- KMKay Martin6 days ago1.0I received the notice of the increase from $87 to $137 and paid the March 20 amount. However, a 57% increase is significant and unexpected. I’ve been a consistent customer in good standing, and I’d like to stay, but this rate makes that difficult. Is there any way to reduce the increase, offer a loyalty rate, or move me to a comparable lower-cost unit? Otherwise, I may need to consider moving out. They offer a good deal to get you to move in, then they steadily increase rent! Avoid at all costs!

Ramone was friendly upon entry, showed the availability of my requests, and we got everything wrapped up in less than an hour! Great service and location as it’s close to my house, and it has gated access for security for that ease of mind.
