Waited at the paint department for at least 10 minutes while at least two employees noticed and did nothing, one of which was having a conversation with someone in clear sight of me. Only reason i left a star is because i found a very nice woman who ended up helping me. Do better lowes!

Horrible experience on Tuesday 11/18 at 2:30-3:30 pm. I waited by the paint department for 15 minutes waiting to be helped. I go and ask the self checkout team member to send us help. He got on the store intercom asking for someone to come help us at paint. Another 10-15 minutes pass no one comes. I walk all the way to the service desk and let them know, nobody has been in paint department for 30 minutes. No apologies, just stares down at his gadget making it seem like hes going to send someone. We go back wait another 10 minutes, we finally give up. I go back to the service desk to ask for a floor manager to make them aware of my experience. The person who I had spoken with originally at the sercice desk then goes to say im a leader how can I help.......he finally gets another lady manager to come speak to me after waiting another 10 minutes. She hears me out about this whole experience to then finally say "well will you allow me to grab you the paint you need now". Again no sincere apologies, no offers, or anything to make up for making us wait an extra 45 minutes for no reason. I said no thanks and went across the street where they had two team members working and had me out in 10 minutes.
