The best part and reason for a 5 star review was that she called me a few days later because she noticed my lock was not put on correctly (my fault). I appreciate her checking after we signed a lease and calling to tell me before someone could have possibly noticed and opened our unit. Thank you!

Both of our sons have moved to other states recently, my husband and I are retired teachers and we needed to downsize our unit. Not only did she find us a unit located very close to the one we’ve had 15+ years, she encouraged us that we could move the contents and even offered to help us! We do not have adequate words to express our gratitude to Emmy Lou. 💕
