    Very disappointing experience at HomeGoods. I’m aware of the christmas sale and range. The store had a large section clearly labeled 50% off Christmas items, and the exact same items were placed there in bulk. However, when I went to checkout, I was told the items were only 25% off instead. When I questioned this, I showed that the items were located in the 50% off section with no signage indicating otherwise. The response from the manager was essentially “too bad,” with no attempt to honor the advertised price, clarify the mistake, or provide any customer service. The interaction was unprofessional and dismissive. This is misleading at best and false advertising at worst. Customers should not have to argue at checkout over clearly marked sale sections. We also have photos documenting where the items were placed and how they were labeled. I will be reporting this experience to corporate and would caution others to double-check pricing before purchasing. Very disappointing and poorly handled.

    Wow this place has gone up way high on there prices. Home Goods is so much better and cheaper. They really had the same things but in different parts of the store. Oh well, will not be back. Will continue to shop at Home Goods.

What is the At Home return policy?

No receipt? No problem!* Returns of unused items in the original packaging will be fully refunded within 60 days (90 days if you’re an Insider Perks member) with proof of purchase through your Insider Perks account or credit card or receipt and a valid ID. If your purchase cannot be verified, you’ll be issued a store credit based on the current price of the item(s). Christmas merchandise returned after December 25 will be refunded for the current price of the items, even with the original receipt. We do not provide exchanges. You're welcome to return any unwanted product and purchase new items. We are unable to accept returns on mattresses. We are unable to accept returns of pillows and cushions without all of their tags. We are unable to accept returns of items marked “All Sales Final”. Products delivered by one of our local delivery partners, including PICKUP, Roadie, and Door Dash, must be returned in-store. If an item you purchased is damaged or defective, please return it within 60 days to your nearest store for a refund.
